For this year Juniper decided not to participate in Dine Out Vancouver, sorry guys. We think the initiative is great and support all the restaurants that are part of it.
For us that means that during the Dine Out 2019 Season, which are two very busy weeks, we will be offering our full regular menu and will be open for our regular happy hours and dining. We do have a special 3 Course Chef’s Menu for a fixed price of $52 per person with optional drink pairings. The Chef’s Menu will be available between January 17 to February 3 2019.

 

START

mushroom risotto – arborio, bc mushrooms, leek oil, shaved grana padano
or
gratin – roasted seasonal vegetables, brussel sprouts, cashew “cheese” sauce, pine nut gremolata

MAIN

lamb rack – herb marinated, chickpea fritters, curried butternut squash puree, seasonal vegetables, rosemary jus
or
bison steak frites – grilled sirloin cap, triple cooked kennebecs, sauteed bc mushrooms, wilted greens, spruce chimichurri

DESSERT

panna cotta – white chocolate, berry compote, fruit and nut cracker

rum baba cake – wayward order distillery rum syrup, toasted almond ice cream, speculoos, creme fraiche
