We are ready for Dine Out Vancouver! Below is our three course menu and suggested cocktail pairings. It is a busy season so make sure to create a reservation online or by phone. Our hours of operation are 4:30pm to late, daily. To ensure an amazing dining experience for all of our guests, seatings will be limited to a maximum of 1 hour and 45 minutes. We’ll try to accommodate any dietary restrictions as best as possible.

grilled beets with soft farmhouse cheese and roasted hazelnuts

lightly cured salmon with rye crackers and crème frâiche, dill vinaigrette

Choose One of the Following

seared rockfish on grilled leek and green pea risotto with herbed gremolata

roasted chicken breast on sweet potato purée with wild mushrooms and bacon
or
braised bison short rib on celery root purée with roasted sunchokes and heirloom carrots (add $7)

To Finish

Choose One of the Following

dark chocolate pot de crème with whipped milk and hazelnut tuile
or
spiced apple crumble with streusel and vanilla ice cream
