Juniper’s bar and front-of-house programme is led by Gareth Jones. Gareth hails from the countryside of Wales, but has traveled the world – from Europe to Mexico, South East Asia to New Zealand, and then some. He first began in his trade at home in the United Kingdom, and honed his skills in bars around the world. Gareth has been in the hospitality industry for over 11 years, and stepped up to the position of General Manager after just eighteen months with Juniper.
The focus of Juniper’s bar programme is centered on gin, while also taking advantage of the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Gareth has expanded the gin selection, with nearly countless bottles of the juniper-based spirit from local distillers and from around the world. His cocktail menus are focused on highlighting the passion and dedication behind each spirit, creating a menu that speaks to each guest that walks through Juniper’s doors.
