S. Michael Stadler, the ever present General Manager, brings over 32 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the helm of Juniper Kitchen & Bar. He has been fortunate to receive tutelage from a few well known and successful restauranteurs over the years with a major focus on service perfection and sales. He will tell you that he has had the opportunity to prepare steak tartar, caeser salad, crepes suzette and de-bone dover sole; all table side. He has opened thousands of bottles of wine, he has poured hundreds of different beers and mixed many a wicked martini.
Rather than just serving the guests, Michael’s goal at Juniper Kitchen & Bar is to offer to each person coming through the door the full experience. On any given service you will find him hands on aiding the effort to bring to the guest the finest product with unequalled service.
