Here is the Recipe for the Holiday Cobbler
0.75 oz Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
0.75 oz Fino Sherry
0.75 oz Spiced buttered cranberry syrup
0.25 oz lemon juice
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick
Build on crushed ice in a rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig.
Spiced butter cranberry syrup
Melt butter in a pot with, cinnamon and rosemary. Then add equal parts sugar and cranberry juice. Bring to a simmer and then strain with a cheese cloth. This is then ready to be used for your Holiday Cobbler.
